Our Employees
 We have a unique situation. Most of our employees grew up in the neighborhood and work for our firm. For some, even after receiving their college degrees, Down To Earth Inc. became their home. In addition, many of our friends have their family work for us. As you can see, we have a close knit one of a kind situation. For your peace of mind, we know who is working on your property. Stephen O’Connor, who was our next door neighbor, is a key employee of the company. Steve has worked side by side with Larry for twenty years. Besides his college degree from the University of Delaware, his education continues with national and regional training. Our customers appreciate his friendly personality and technical knowledge.  The average employee has 15.5 years of experience. This statistic is astounding in the grounds care business sector. Also, all employees speak fluent English. We receive approximately 50 letters/notes and 80 calls a year complimenting our conscientious, knowledgeable and friendly employees. Our letters are available for your review by request.
